Motivation is by rewards, not always tangible benefits such as financial gain or certificates of achievement, but also by the rewards of you know, the goal, the satisfaction and is the reward in itself. In the spectrum of your career and the job you are employed, in order, the motivation is very important, it is the key aspect, how satisfied are you with your work and your desire to continue to do better. If an employer praises you for good job, this kind of motivation helps you to want to please your employer. But if your employer does not recognize your achievements, you can start to lose the desire to please by your employer because your employer does not motivate you to work harder to meet the objectives assigned to you.
It is important to remember that the motivation starts with you. There is a feeling that drives us to do even the simplest tasks. Getting Started in the morning, does the laundry, cleaning the kitchen, mowing the lawn, all these things you must do, motivate them, if not, none of these tasks would be. Some people are more motivated than others, some people have to constantly motivate us and to the task at hand. Almost everyone at one time or another lacking the motivation to be a problem or a task, they prefer not to do it is at these times that you remind yourself of the rewards waiting for you when the job is finished .

As children, we find the motivation from our parents and teachers, the reward is a cookie or a gold star. As adults, we seek the motivation of our colleagues, the members of our family, and the employer. The results are the same, if the motivation is used properly, there will be a satisfaction in your self-esteem and outcome to the goal of the work.
